Fees Payment System

University Tuition Fee Payment System for Fall and Spring Semesters 2024-2025

  1. The application fee and entrance exam fee must be paid in cash at the university cashier's office upon submitting the application.
  2. The total semester fees are calculated based on the number of credits the student registers for and the cost per credit for the chosen major, in addition to various other fees.
  3. Upon registration, the first installment must be paid at the university cashier's office within the specified deadlines: by September 2, 2024, for the Fall semester and by February 15, 2025, for the Spring semester.
  4. The First payment Amount for the Three Levels is as Follows:

 Undergraduate Level:

  • All majors in the Faculty of Business Administration (except Business Information Technology), all majors in the Faculty of Education including teaching Diploma major, and the Faculty of Media (except Graphic design major), as well as the Medical social assistance major: $200
  • Translation and Languages and Graphic design majors: $250
  • All faculty of sciences majors, Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology majors in the Faculty of Public Health, and the Business Information Technology major in the Faculty of Business Administration: $300
  • Islamic Studies and Political Science majors: $100

    Honor Level:

  • Islamic Studies (Honors): $200

   Master’s Level:

    - All majors except Public Health Genetics, control of Infectious Diseases, and BIT: $300

    - Public Health Genetics and control of Infectious Diseases majors: $400

    - Business Information Technology major: $350

Doctoral Level:

    -  Islamic Studies and Sharia: $400

   -  Arabic Language and Literature: $530

    - Business Administration: $650

 5. The semester tuition fees are paid in monthly installments, with the following deadlines:

Withdrawal Terms

A new student has the right to withdraw from the university within two weeks from the start of the academic term, provided they sign their withdrawal application, taking full responsibility. The student is entitled to retrieve the authenticated documents from their file and their photographs, except for one photo.

After the mentioned period or once the student has obtained any official statement, they are no longer entitled to retrieve any documents.

Academically:

All the student's academic rights are forfeited after withdrawing from the semester.

Financially:

  • The social security fee is refundable within 6 weeks from the start of the academic term.
  • 75% of credits fees are refundable within a maximum period of two weeks from the start of the academic term.
  • The application fee is non-refundable after submission.
  • The entrance exam fee is non-refundable, even if the exam is not taken.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable after payment.
  • Preparatory courses fees are non-refundable once classes begin.
  • The student is not entitled to a refund of any payments after the withdrawal period has ended or after obtaining an official document.

Note: Withdrawal deadlines are not affected by the student’s delay in registration.
