Guidelines for Publishing Scientific Research
- manuscripts submitted to Al Jinan Scientific Peer-Reviewed Journal undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Board to determine their suitability for peer review. The Board may decline to review a submission and will provide the author with reasons for the decision.
- Submitted works are subjected to blind peer review and scientific evaluation to assess their eligibility for publication. The author is notified of the outcome: acceptance, reviewers’ comments, or reasons for rejection.
- Manuscripts for which reviewers recommend major revisions are returned to the authors for amendment. Authors must address reviewers’ comments in the revised version and include a detailed report indicating the changes made. If any comments are not implemented due to lack of consensus among reviewers, authors must explain their rationale for not doing so.
- Submission of a manuscript constitutes legal authorization by the author for the journal to publish it and implies that the information it contains is factual, original, unpublished, solely the work of the named author(s), and not under consideration elsewhere.
- The order of articles upon publication is determined solely by technical considerations and is independent of the author’s status or the perceived value of the work.
- The Editorial Board reserves the right to withhold publication of any manuscript based on reviewer reports without providing further explanation to the author. Its decisions are final.
- A manuscript is published only after approval by at least two reviewers selected confidentially by the Editorial Board from among qualified faculty members and research center staff in Lebanon and abroad, provided that each reviewer’s academic rank is not lower than that of the author.
- All copyright is held by the publisher (Jinan University). Upon acceptance for publication, copyright transfers from the author to Al Jinan Scientific Peer-Reviewed Journal.
Conditions for Scientific Paper Acceptance
- Manuscripts are accepted in three languages: Arabic, English, and French.
- Submissions must be original, rigorous, and of clear scientific and scholarly value, with fluent language and precise documentation.
- The manuscript must not be part of any previously published work; the author must provide a written declaration affirming that it has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
- The research must adhere to internationally recognized scientific standards and procedures.
- Each paper must begin with a separate title page containing two abstracts—in Arabic and in English—each not exceeding 150 words.
- Keywords must follow the abstracts.
- If the paper is derived from a thesis, substantial revisions that contribute new knowledge are required; an electronic copy of the thesis must be attached, and this derivation must be noted on the first page.
- A concise academic CV must accompany the submission, including the author’s full name, academic rank, university, faculty, department, and key publications and achievements.
- Manuscripts must be submitted to the Journal Editor via email or through the journal’s website, formatted in Microsoft Word.
- To ensure the confidentiality of the peer‐review process, the author’s name and any identifying information must not appear in the manuscript text.
- Authors must comply with the journal’s Author Guidelines.
- Payment of publication fees is required.

"الجنان" مجلة علمية محكّمة، تصدر عن مركز البحث العلمي – جامعة الجنان، وغايتها نشر الأبحاث الجدية والمحكمة في مختلف العلوم، وتنشر باللغات العربية والإنكليزية والفرنسية وتُفضل الأبحاث التي تعالج مشاكل تحتاج إلى حل أو نظريات إفتراضية. إن هدف المجلة في الأساس هو المساهمة في إضافة جديدة على العلوم الإنسانية أو العلمية، فالماضي هو هذا الحاضر، وبما أن العلم تراكمي فإن علينا واجب القيام بهذا الدور.
